Find out more »The Board Officer Workshop is designed for board members who are officers or those members who would like to be an officer in the furture. The first half of the day is highly interactive, using hypothetical scenarios that focus on the requirements and responsibilities of the board president and secretary. The afternoon session will focus on identifying skills needed in the board room, what a Young Farm Program at your cooperative might look like, and how to communicate the value of your cooperative.
