MaxYield Cooperative is seeking the perfect person to fill the position of full-time Operations Assistant at our Garner location.
You’ll be responsible for assisting in agronomy and grain operations, including grain handling, maintaining grain quality, loading train, operating agronomy equipment and forklifts. You will also assist in the feed mill as needed.
Tough but rewarding work.
Prior grain, agronomy and train loading experience is beneficial, however, we will train qualified candidates. You must be team oriented and be able to work a varied work schedule.
You also must have or be able to obtain a Class A CDL, possess computer skills and proficient recordkeeping skills.
