MaxYield Cooperative is seeking the perfect person to fill the position of full-time Location Leader at our Belmond location.
You’ll be responsible for outside operations with a strong emphasis on agronomy and grain Operations. Other responsibilities include planning, supervising, and coordinating personnel and operations. You’ll also supervise grain handling, other product handling, maintenance and inventory control. This position requires exceptional leadership and client service skills. The Location Leader will set and communicate expectations and goals with his or her team members including the Area Leader.
The Location Leader will assess growth within the locations and integrate team members into priority tasks between departments and locations.
You must have proficient computer skills, be team orientated and have the ability to multitask. Prior agronomy and grain experience is required.
