RESPONSIBILITIESThe Grain Operations position as a member of Viafield’s team is responsible for the daily operations of a 2.7 million bu grain facility with technological advancements and high automation. The variety of tasks include; handling grain through rail and truck, grain quality control, inventory, billing/receiving, in addition to maintaining customer relationships. This organized problem-solver understands how to prioritize a variety of tasks and collaborate with multiple locations/departments. Viafield’s vision of serving as the Trusted Advisor requires a knowledgeable communicator, who positively impacts the team doing what it takes to get the job done in a timely, safe, and accurate manner for smooth operations. - Grain marketing and grain grading knowledge is encouraged.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Grain Operations
- High proficiency with computers and other technology
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to transport 75lbs
- Class a CDL with hazmat endorsement
